Romeo Abdo is an accomplished entrepreneur with a career spanning over two decades across the construction, real estate, telecommunications, and financial sectors. He began his journey in 1998 in Belarus, where he led the development of major mixed-use real estate projects, including retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality assets. In addition to his real estate ventures, Mr. Abdo is also the owner of a bank and an insurance company.

In 2005, he founded the largest telecom operator in Nepal, marking a significant milestone in his international business ventures. By 2008, he was serving as Chairman of the leading telecom operator in Cambodia. He later went on to establish five telecommunications companies across East Africa, further solidifying his footprint in emerging markets and high-growth industries.

Romeo’s expansion into the UAE with Ardee shows his commitment to develop communities that go beyond the structural, to define connected, human-centric experiences.

Ahmed Younis Ahmed Al Khadher Al Hosani is a Board Member at Ardee and a highly accomplished executive with more than two decades of C-suite experience across both the public and private sectors. He also serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of Terminals Holding Group, where he leads the strategic direction and operational management of three subsidiaries.

Over the course of his career, Ahmed has held key leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer at Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), where he managed IMKAN Properties’ extensive portfolio across five countries. He has also served in senior positions with Aldar Properties, the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations, and Abu Dhabi Municipality, making significant contributions to major infrastructure and real estate development projects.

Ahmed’s strong academic foundation includes a Master’s in Construction Management from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Engineering in Project Management, a Bachelor’s and Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, and a Diploma in Roads and Highways Maintenance from the Higher Colleges of Technology, among other professional qualifications.

Wael Abou Habib is an Executive Board Member at Ardee, bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate, strategic investment, and legal consultancy. In his role, he provides leadership across overall strategy, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement, and legal operational matters, guiding the successful delivery of Ardee’s high-end, mixed-use development projects.

Beyond Ardee, Wael serves on the boards of several prominent organizations, banks, and financial institutions where he contributes to shaping investment strategies and driving sustainable growth across diversified portfolios.
 
He is also the Co-Founding Partner of Lex & Co. Legal Counsels, a boutique law firm recognized for its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate restructuring, and international contracts. His multidisciplinary background positions him as a key advisor in law, investment and development.

Mohammed Ibrahim AL Ridha is the Special Advisor to the Board of Directors at Ardee, where he provides independent, expert counsel across all phases of the project’s development and execution.

His role includes development oversight, strategic input on business plans and project phasing, guidance on design, customer experience, financials, legal frameworks, and commercial strategy. He also plays a key role in risk mitigation and board-level reporting.

Prior to joining Ardee, Mohammed served as SVP development at Aldar properties, where he led master development all over the emirate of Abu Dhabi. He has also held several senior -suite positions at Eagle hills and other Development companies.

He holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder in the USA.

Simon Papaioannou is a finance leader with over two decades of experience guiding complex projects across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Known for his hands-on approach and strategic mindset, he’s worked with top firms like PwC and AKTOR Group, bringing clarity, control, and calm to high-pressure financial environments.

Haytham Ziad is the Chief Commercial Officer at Ardee Developments and is responsible for all commercial activities. Haytham has over 20 years of experience in property development and investments and has held key leadership roles across major organizations, where he has been instrumental in delivering transformative projects that harmonize innovation, luxury, and long-term economic value.

His career includes extensive work across the UAE and internationally, collaborating with global stakeholders and partners to drive growth and execute large-scale developments.

Michelle is the Director of Marketing and Communications at Ardee Developments, where she leads the marketing department to shape a distinctive brand identity and promote innovative projects that emphasize long-term investment value. With a focus on creating lifestyles through impactful marketing and branding storytelling, Michelle strives to connect with diverse audiences, fostering emotional engagement and delivering exceptional quality in every initiative.

Her extensive experience spans industries such as real estate, hospitality, technology, and destination marketing, having worked with organizations like Dubai Harbour, Dubai Holding Marina Assets, Marjan, and IHC. This diverse background equips her with a unique perspective on crafting narratives that resonate across industries and markets.
